Work management platform monday.com has opened a new office at 21 Collyer Quay, establishing Singapore as its strategic hub for Southeast Asia (SEA). The move comes as the region’s digital economy is projected to reach US$300 billion by the end of 2025.
The Nasdaq-listed software company said the Singapore office underscores its long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. monday.com plans to expand its local workforce by about fourfold next year and deepen its regional partner ecosystem to better support customers.
Expanding Regional Reach
monday.com currently serves more than 1,000 customers in Singapore and works with over 20 partners across SEA, including Acepak Technology and iZeno. Notable clients in the region include Brother International, Unilever, and CloudMile.
“Southeast Asia’s diverse and dynamic workforce represents the region’s greatest strength,” said Dean Swan, Vice President and General Manager for APJ at monday.com. “As businesses accelerate AI adoption, many struggle to bridge the gap between investment and impact. Our new office allows us to work more closely with customers and partners to drive better outcomes.”
Swan added that monday.com’s collaborative culture and focus on accessibility have helped democratise the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools across organisations, enabling both technical and non-technical teams to benefit from automation and data-driven insights.
New AI-Powered Tools
The expansion follows a series of new product announcements made at Elevate, monday.com’s annual customer conference. The company introduced “monday agents,” an AI agent builder, alongside new capabilities branded as monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick.
It also launched monday campaigns, an AI-powered module within the monday CRM suite designed to help marketing teams manage and optimise campaigns more efficiently.
These additions reflect monday.com’s broader strategy to integrate AI across its Work OS platform, which allows teams to manage projects, sales pipelines, and operations in one place.
Strengthening Presence in Southeast Asia
The company said it sees strong potential in the SEA market, where digital transformation continues to accelerate across industries. By expanding its Singapore team and partner network, monday.com aims to meet rising demand from enterprises looking to streamline workflows and adopt AI-driven productivity tools.
monday.com said it will continue investing in regional growth and customer success initiatives in 2025. The company is also expected to host more community and partner events across the APJ region as it scales its operations
