Onfido’s Real Identity Platform now available for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud customers

Onfido, a global provider of automated digital identity verification and authentication, has announced the availability of its award-winning Real Identity Platform services for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud customers. Through the pre-built Financial Service Cloud integration, customers can access Onfido’s suite of identity verification tools, including Studio and Atlas AI, which can be integrated with Smart Capture Link, allowing for faster verification of prospective and existing customers.

Previously, Salesforce customers could only use Onfido’s app in the Salesforce AppExchange to reduce customer friction in the onboarding process. Nottingham Building Society, a UK-based credit union, was one such customer that benefited from the integration. By using Onfido’s facial recognition and document verification tools, they were able to eliminate paper and form-filling, streamlining the onboarding process and building trust with their customers.

“Financial Services Cloud is a must-have solution for financial institutions looking to deliver quality service experiences while also creating more efficiencies across internal teams,” said Eran Agrios, SVP & GM of Financial Services, Salesforce. “With Onfido’s integration available for Financial Services Cloud customers, organizations now have the technology in one platform to easily make verifying customer identities more secure.”

Onfido CMO Nate Skinner added, “We’re thrilled to be integrating Onfido’s identity verification services for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud customers. This collaboration further pushes Onfido’s ability to lower customer acquisition costs with a streamlined integration that continues to put security and protection first.”
