Toku Goes Live With Glovo Across Four European Markets

Toku, the Singapore-headquartered AI-powered customer experience platform, has completed the first phase of its enterprise deployment with Glovo, going live across Spain, Italy, Romania and Portugal. Agents across the four markets now handle partner conversations through Toku, embedded directly within Salesforce.

The go-live realises the initial scope of an enterprise agreement between the two companies announced in February 2026, which covers the four European markets as a first phase with plans to extend across a further 18 markets as the partnership progresses.

Unified Operations Inside Salesforce

Glovo operates across markets with distinct regulatory environments, connectivity profiles, and partner engagement requirements. Toku’s platform provides a unified operating layer that standardises customer-facing workflows while accommodating local operational conditions. By embedding contact centre capabilities directly into Salesforce, Glovo’s teams can manage calls, capture outcomes, and access operational insights from a single interface — reducing manual processes and enabling more consistent collaboration across geographies.

“Companies like Glovo operate across markets with distinct regulatory and customer engagement requirements. Our role is to remove that operational complexity behind the scenes, so their teams can scale more efficiently and focus on better experiences for their partners,” said Thomas Laboulle, Founder and CEO of Toku.

Ferran Casulleras, Commercial Director at Glovo, noted that the Salesforce integration enables agents to make direct calls and log tasks automatically, “significantly boosting productivity” and allowing teams to resolve issues more promptly at scale.

Part of a Broader Enterprise Expansion

The Glovo deployment extends Toku’s track record in multi-market enterprise environments. The company has previously deployed its platform with PedidosYa across Latin America and counts a growing customer base across the Middle East — both regions where fragmented telecommunications infrastructure has historically complicated the delivery of consistent customer engagement solutions.

With the four European markets now operational and 18 additional markets in scope, the partnership represents one of Toku’s larger enterprise commitments to date. The company is headquartered in Singapore and positions itself as Asia Pacific’s leading AI-powered 360-degree customer experience platform, though the Glovo engagement reflects an increasingly global deployment footprint.
