vivo has launched its latest V series smartphone, the vivo V60, with Singapore as the first market globally to debut the device. The handset will be available from Sep 27, 2025, with pre-orders open from Sep 22.
The vivo V60 was unveiled in partnership with German optics company ZEISS, with a focus on advanced portrait photography and AI-powered imaging features. It introduces a 50-megapixel ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, supported by a Sony IMX882 sensor and periscope design for optical zoom.
Camera and Imaging Features
The smartphone’s camera system includes a 50 MP ZEISS OIS main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50 MP front-facing camera. The ZEISS Multifocal Portrait mode offers five focal lengths for cinematic portraits, while the Stage Portrait feature enables detailed close-ups from a distance.
AI tools built into the device include AI Erase 3.0 for removing background distractions, AI Reflection Erase for reducing glare, and AI Magic Move for repositioning subjects within a frame. Other features such as AI Photo Enhance can upscale low-resolution images, while AI Four-Season Portrait applies seasonal filters.
Design and Durability
The vivo V60 combines slim bezels and a curved display with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The device is reinforced with Diamond Shield Glass and an internal cushioning structure, making it the most drop-resistant in the V series to date. It will be available in Berry Purple and Mist Grey.
Battery and Performance
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, with 12 GB RAM (expandable by another 12 GB) and 256 GB storage. It houses a 6,500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging. vivo claims the handset can last a full day on one charge, with battery health optimised for up to four years of use.
The V60 supports high frame rates for games such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, features an HDR10+ display with peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits, and integrates Google Gemini AI for productivity, including meeting transcription and translation.
Availability in Singapore

The vivo V60 will retail at S$699 and can be pre-ordered through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and authorised retailers such as Challenger, Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman and local telcos.
Pre-order customers will receive complimentary gifts, including a DJI Osmo Mobile SE stabiliser (worth S$109) and vivo Buds Air 3 (worth S$99). The handset comes with a two-year local warranty and three months of screen protection.
