Samsung Singapore Unveils Business Experience Studio to Showcase Industry-Specific Digitalisation Solutions

Samsung Electronics Singapore has unveiled its new Business Experience Studio (BES) to showcase B2B solutions and address companies’ industry-specific and digitalisation needs.

The 2,150-square feet studio houses Samsung’s hardware products, including its professional display range and enterprise-ready Galaxy devices, as well as software solutions like Samsung Knox, Samsung VXT, and SmartThings Pro.

“This centre is designed firstly for the C-suite — CEOs and CIOs — but also the decision-making teams,” said Timothy Tan, Head of Integrated Business at Samsung Electronics Singapore.

“When you come to the centre, you will be hosted by our solution architects together with our vertical specialists. We will share with you what can be done for your business and how we can work with you to grow your business.”

The BES also features a wide variety of solutions designed with various local partners to meet specific business and vertical use cases.

“The B2B journey is never alone and Samsung will be the first to admit: we need partners,” said Tan.

“Partners are needed to build this new ecosystem because there are so many things that we do not know. And there are so many things that other companies can bring to the table — their own treasure and knowledge to create more productive solutions.”

Tech for All Needs

The studio showcases a mix of Samsung hardware and software solutions across ten different zones.

It is powered by Samsung’s suite of business solutions, including Samsung Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT), SmartThings Pro, and Samsung Knox — its cybersecurity offering.

Together, these proprietary business solutions enable seamless integration and management of devices, solutions, and services across enterprise environments.

The studio aims to showcase Samsung’s ability to meet industry-specific needs across various vertical businesses, including education, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and the military sectors.

This includes creating immersive guest experiences with highly customisable commercial displays such as digital and LED signages and commercial TVs.

There are also custom hospitality and healthcare solutions — from display and mobile solutions to Galaxy wearables — to enhance the customer’s end-to-end experience at its facilities.

On display will also be F&B and retail solutions — such as the Samsung Kiosk or Knox Capture — that aim to improve operational efficiencies, staff productivity, and the end-customer’s experience.

The BES can also showcase products that can help leaders improve communication and workflow for the frontline sectors, as well as equip smart classrooms and educators from pre-school to higher learning institutions.

Additionally, the studio features a command and control centre setup, powered by Samsung’s business solutions and high-resolution business displays, and the seamless video wall with narrow bezel measuring just 0.44 mm to enhance the overall productivity and decision-making abilities of backend teams.

A Meaningful Collaboration

The Business Experience Studio will complement the efforts of Samsung Singapore’s integrated business team, comprising over 20 sectoral leads, solution architects, and consultants with deep B2B, consumer and vertical experience.

The team will work closely with public and private sector customers and partners to design and deploy solutions aimed at transforming user and employee experiences, as well as improving overall efficiencies.

“We want to be able to facilitate meaningful collaboration that will ultimately deliver impactful business outcomes,” said Tan.
