A textured flat illustration in a warm, cozy editorial style. A single friendly desk assistant lamp sits at the center of a wooden desk, its warm light splitting into several soft glowing cords that plug gently into four different small simple workstations arranged around it, each shaped slightly differently (a chat bubble lamp, a notebook stand, a round dial, a window frame), suggesting one helper reaching into several separate tools at once. Style: Simplified, stylized forms with minimal detail. Soft organic grain texture. Muted autumnal color palette (warm yellows, oranges, browns, sage greens, cream backgrounds). Single soft light source creating subtle shadows. Flat shapes with no 3D rendering. Thin consistent outlines. Mid-century modern illustration influence. Composition: Clear focal point, balanced layout, environmental details rendered simply. Generous negative space. 16:9 landscape. Mood: Calm, warm, relatable, editorial, lifestyle. Technical: High resolution, matte finish, no harsh gradients. No text, no logos, no recognisable faces.

Adobe has made CX Enterprise Coworker, its agentic AI system for customer experience, available directly inside ChatGPT (as a plugin), Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot, with availability in IBM expected soon.

Key Takeaways
  • Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker now works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot, with IBM to follow.
  • New pre-built MCP connectors link Coworker to Databricks Genie, Demandbase, a Meta ads MCP server, Microsoft Work IQ and RainFocus without custom integration work.
  • Nine systems integrators, including Accenture, Deloitte Digital and IBM, and six agency networks, including WPP and Omnicom, are building their own tools on top of Coworker.

One assistant, several platforms

CX Enterprise Coworker is built on open standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), and is designed to simplify how enterprises manage the customer lifecycle, from acquiring and engaging prospects through to conversion and customer lifetime value. It offers data analysis and insights on campaign performance, audience forecasting, customer journey optimisation and conflict resolution, with human oversight built in.

“Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organizational context and domain intelligence needed to personalize every stage of the customer lifecycle,” said Anjul Bhambhri, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration at Adobe. “CX Enterprise Coworker connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence, helping teams drive better business outcomes.”

New connectors, and partners building on top

Adobe also launched new connectors for Coworker, offering pre-built MCP server integrations with Databricks Genie, Demandbase, an ads MCP server for Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ and RainFocus. That lets marketers pull data and take action across several systems from a single request, without custom integration work.

Nine global systems integrators — Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS — are building ready-to-use, industry-specific solutions on Coworker. Six agency networks, dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP, are adding their own tools and expertise for joint clients.

“We are working with Adobe to help enterprises leverage agentic AI to move from insight to action,” said Rob Howard, Corporate Vice President of Copilot Platform and Extensibility at Microsoft. “By connecting intelligence across customer data, content, journeys and enterprise systems, we are putting agentic AI to work across the customer experience.”

Adobe says more than 20,000 brands use its tools to manage their content supply chain, customer engagement and brand visibility. More details on CX Enterprise Coworker are available on Adobe’s website.
