Rockwell Automation hosted ROKLive Bangkok 2026 at Grande Center Point Lumphini Bangkok, bringing together industrial leaders, manufacturers, customers and technology specialists to examine how digitalisation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity can help Thailand’s industries improve productivity, resilience and competitiveness.

Held under the theme “Create What’s Next,” the event combined executive keynotes, industry discussions, technology forums and an interactive expo, aimed at connecting Thailand’s broader manufacturing ambitions with practical approaches for plant operations and industrial infrastructure.

Government and industry perspectives on Thailand’s next chapter

Gilles Weber, Country Manager, Thailand at Rockwell Automation, delivered the opening keynote, “Creating the Future of Industrial Operations,” addressing how manufacturers can build more connected, intelligent and adaptable operations amid changing customer needs, workforce pressures and rising sustainability expectations.

Dr Pongsathorn Dechatiwongse Na Ayutthaya, Deputy Director, Division of Bio-Circular-Green Economy at Thailand’s Department of Investment & International Affairs, delivered a keynote on the forces shaping the country’s industrial development, including the role of investment, innovation and the Bio-Circular-Green Economy in its next phase of growth.

Customer fireside chats and technology forums

Keynote sessions included fireside discussions with Rockwell customers PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) and PepsiCo Services Asia, alongside updates on integrated architecture, original equipment manufacturer solutions and evolving industrial cybersecurity requirements. Afternoon forums covered four priority areas: smart factories through digitalisation, unifying process and power control platforms, emerging uses of AI in manufacturing, and strengthening industrial cybersecurity through resilience by design.

The expo floor featured scalable control platforms, AI-enabled industrial analytics, predictive maintenance tools, secure operational technology solutions and the Plex manufacturing execution system, giving attendees a chance to assess new capabilities alongside the policy and operational discussions.
