Global digital business services leader TP — formerly Teleperformance — is deepening its TP.ai Data Services capabilities across Asian markets, responding to rising enterprise demand for AI systems trained in local languages and compliant with in-country data residency and governance requirements.
Local Data, Local Expertise
TP.ai Data Services is an end-to-end AI data services platform that enables enterprises to build, train, and scale AI systems that are locally relevant and deployment-ready across Asia’s diverse markets. With specialised AI practitioners distributed across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, the offering covers data collection, validation, annotation, labelling, model evaluation, analytics operations, and human-in-the-loop governance.
“The companies seeing real operational impact from AI in Asia are the ones investing in scalable data foundations, in-country execution and human expertise alongside the technology itself,” said Dave Rizzo, APAC President at TP.
One customer deployment cited in the release saw TP create customised warehouse video streams annotated with detailed object labels and dimensional data within three weeks, enabling physical AI model training for real-time worker safety risk detection.
ATxSummit Showcase and Measurable Outcomes
At Asia Tech x Singapore 2026 this week, TP is delivering two sessions. Assaf Tarnopolsky, Chief Business Development and Customer Officer, APAC, is joining the panel “The Enterprise AI Execution Challenge”, while Michael Costevec, Head of Value Creation Office, and Jonathan Phang, CTO, are delivering a keynote on “AI Orchestration in the World’s Most Complex Markets.”
The 2026 Data Breakthrough Awards named TP’s data analytics services Overall Data Analytics Platform of the Year, with the company citing measurable results: up to a 31 per cent improvement in customer experience quality scores, up to a 30 per cent lift in sales conversions, up to a 20 per cent improvement in resource forecasting accuracy, and up to a 15 per cent gain in workforce efficiency.
Workforce AI Readiness
Beyond client delivery, TP is investing in AI upskilling across its APAC workforce, equipping employees with capabilities in model evaluation, synthetic data, and human-in-the-loop orchestration. The company’s position is that responsible AI scaling in Asia requires human expertise layered alongside automated systems — particularly in markets with significant linguistic, cultural, and regulatory variation.
