Nuvola Media, an agentic AI solutions provider for urban planning and management, has deployed its smart analytics and digital twin platform at Keppel‘s Keppel South Central — one of Singapore’s tallest Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) commercial developments. The deployment was announced on 18 May 2026.
The platform gives Keppel’s facilities teams real-time visibility across the building’s management systems, enabling operators to optimise energy consumption, anticipate issues, and make data-driven decisions on building performance. Keppel South Central is targeting over 40% greater energy efficiency than comparable buildings, with projected annual savings of approximately 6.2 million kWh — enough to power more than 1,200 Singaporean homes and reduce operating costs by an estimated S$1.2 million per year.
Aligning with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030
The deployment is aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030, which sets targets to cut energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions, and accelerate green infrastructure adoption across commercial developments. Keppel South Central, a 33-storey Grade A office tower located in Tanjong Pagar, was designed from the outset with super low-energy standards including a solar-heat-reducing facade, smart lighting, and micro-zoned air conditioning.
“Keppel South Central reflects Keppel’s ambition to pioneer smart, energy-efficient buildings that meet Singapore’s sustainability goals while delivering superior performance for tenants,” said Bryan Ong, Managing Director, Keppel Limited. “Nuvola Media’s platform provides us with a data-driven lens that allows us to strengthen operational intelligence and ensure that the building remains efficient and aligned with Singapore’s sustainability objectives.”
Second Keppel Deployment for Nuvola

Keppel South Central is the second Keppel Real Estate development in Singapore to adopt Nuvola Media’s platform, following an earlier implementation at Keppel Bay Tower. Nuvola’s solution unifies data from sensors, IoT devices, building systems, and video analytics into an interactive digital twin that enables predictive maintenance, spatial planning, and utility cost reduction.
“By transforming the building into a living, data-driven ecosystem, we empower operators to see, simulate, and shape performance in real time, turning every decision into measurable cost savings and sustainability outcomes,” said Felix Tan, CEO, Nuvola Media.
Nuvola Media’s solutions are deployed across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.
