Tricentis, a global leader in agentic quality engineering, has reported approximately US$500 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for 2025, driven by rising enterprise demand for AI-powered software testing as the volume of AI-generated code continues to grow.
The company added more than 650 new customers during the year, including 80 Global 2000 companies, as organisations increasingly sought automated solutions to validate software built with or by artificial intelligence.
Agentic AI Capabilities Expand Testing Stack
Tricentis expanded its agentic AI ecosystem with several new capabilities. Its AI Workspace and enterprise-grade MCP servers allow AI agents to securely interact with software testing environments, while the newly launched Tricentis Agentic Test Automation enables AI agents to generate complete test cases from natural language prompts — a first in the industry, according to the company.
The MCP servers are designed to integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure, giving teams the ability to connect AI agents to testing tools without exposing sensitive environments to external systems.
Singapore Office Opens as APAC Presence Grows
The announcements coincide with the opening of Tricentis’ new Singapore office on 7 May 2026, signalling a deeper commitment to the Asia Pacific market. The company has also announced Tricentis Transform 2026, with a Singapore edition scheduled for 16–17 September 2026.
The Singapore expansion reflects broader trends in the region, where enterprise adoption of AI-generated code is accelerating across banking, insurance, and public sector verticals — industries where software reliability and auditability carry significant regulatory weight.
With AI adoption outpacing traditional quality assurance frameworks, Tricentis is positioning agentic test automation as a core requirement for enterprises seeking to maintain software quality without proportionally scaling their QA headcount.
