CrowdStrike and HCLTech have expanded their strategic partnership with the launch of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services, combining AI-driven threat detection with managed security expertise to help enterprises maintain a real-time view of their attack surface.

What the Service Does

The joint offering enables continuous, intelligence-led identification, prioritisation, and remediation of exposure across endpoints, cloud environments, identity systems, applications, and data. Rather than periodic assessments, CTEM provides an always-on view of organisational risk, with vulnerabilities prioritised based on real-world adversary behaviour and active attack paths.

The service is powered by the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including its patented ExPRT.AI prioritisation engine and Falcon Exposure Management capabilities. HCLTech applies these insights through its VERITY framework and AI Force platform — its GenAI-led service transformation offering — to accelerate remediation and reduce attack surface risk across the enterprise.

Executive Perspectives

“Falcon Exposure Management gives organisations the real-time visibility and AI-driven insights they need to reduce and prioritise risk at scale. HCLTech’s services expertise makes them the right partner to deliver this capability to customers globally. Together, we’re helping security teams move faster, consolidate operations, and stay ahead of adversaries.” — Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer, CrowdStrike

“Enterprises today require continuous visibility, contextual prioritisation, and rapid execution to stay resilient. By integrating our AI Force and Agentic AI solutions with the Falcon platform, we are enabling an intelligence-led, autonomous security model that reduces risk and delivers total resilience across the enterprise.” — Amit Jain, EVP and Global Head of Cybersecurity, HCLTech

The Shift to Continuous Exposure Management

CTEM represents a shift in enterprise security posture from reactive patching to proactive, continuous risk reduction. By correlating exposure data, threat intelligence, and cloud posture signals in real time, the approach aims to help security teams focus remediation efforts on vulnerabilities most likely to be exploited — rather than working through backlogs by severity score alone.

HCLTech, which reported consolidated revenues of US$14.5 billion for the 12 months ending December 2025, employs more than 226,300 people across 60 countries. CrowdStrike (Nasdaq: CRWD) is a global cybersecurity leader with a cloud-native platform protecting endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data.
