Agoda, the Singapore-headquartered digital travel platform, has officially opened its new regional technology hub in Bangkok, Thailand, marking one of the most significant office expansions by a travel technology company in Southeast Asia in recent years.
The new office, located at One Bangkok — an integrated development at the corner of Wireless and Rama 4 Roads — spans more than 26,000 square metres across seven floors and consolidates nearly 4,000 employees under one roof.
Purpose-Built for a Global Tech Platform
The campus-style facility has been designed around the operational needs of a global technology platform. Key features include a dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) Zone for systems monitoring, connected collaboration rooms for fast, coordinated response, and a professional studio and audio room for content production.

One Bangkok’s built-to-suit arrangement allowed Agoda to tailor the environment to its specific requirements, with a focus on technology infrastructure, collaboration, and employee well-being. The development holds LEED Platinum certification for Neighbourhood Development, as well as WiredScore and SmartScore certifications for digital connectivity and smart building technology.
“We’re excited to open this new space at One Bangkok designed to support how our teams innovate, collaborate and grow. The state-of-the-art facilities reflect our investment in creating an environment where people can do their best work and continue building world-class tech that delivers exceptional travel experiences.” — Omri Morgenshtern, CEO, Agoda
Deepening Roots in Southeast Asia
Founded in Thailand and headquartered in Singapore, Agoda describes itself as an APAC-born, globally scaled platform. The company said maintaining a strong presence in Bangkok while bringing teams together in a purpose-built hub was a key driver behind the relocation to One Bangkok.
The new office supports Agoda’s broader operations, which include a network of over 6 million properties, more than 130,000 flight routes, and over 300,000 activities. Agoda is part of Booking Holdings (Nasdaq: BKNG) and employs more than 7,000 staff globally.
The opening comes as Bangkok and broader Southeast Asia continue to attract significant technology investment, with the region increasingly positioned as a hub for engineering and product talent.
