M1, a leading mobile network operator in Singapore, has partnered with authorized Apple reseller Switch to become its exclusive telecom partner in the city-state. This partnership allows M1 to offer its mobile plans at Switch stores, giving customers a new way to access both devices and data plans under one roof.
To celebrate the partnership, Switch will offer M1’s “iPhone 16, Now at $0” promotion. Customers can swap any iPhone for a brand-new iPhone 16 model—whether it’s the 128GB iPhone 16 or iPhone 16 Plus, or the 256GB iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max—at zero upfront cost, provided they sign up for an unlimited M1 data plan starting from $64.95. Customers can also opt for M1’s Bespoke mobile plans at Switch’s retail locations.
This is the first time Switch is offering mobile plans directly to customers in its Singapore stores. The promotion will initially be available at Switch’s outlets in Clementi Mall, Lot One, and West Mall, with plans to expand the offer to its other stores in the future.
Expanding Customer Access Across Retail Channels
Switch, which started as a single store in Penang, Malaysia in 1995, has grown into the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Malaysia, with over 100 outlets. It entered the Singapore market in 2022 and now operates six stores in the country. This partnership marks a significant step for both M1 and Switch, allowing them to expand their offerings and better serve the Apple customer base in Singapore.

M1, which operates seven stores in Singapore, has been undergoing a multi-year digital transformation. This includes the migration of all mass consumer customers to its cloud-native digital platform, enabling increased automation and personalized services. The collaboration with Switch aligns with M1’s strategy to broaden its customer engagement and enhance the accessibility of its products.
With the growing demand for Apple products in Singapore, the partnership between M1 and Switch promises to offer customers more flexibility and attractive options for upgrading to the latest iPhone models.
