SINGAPORE, 5 NOVEMBER 2020 – As one of the market leaders in Singapore for water purifiers, Ruhens seeks to constantly innovate and bring the best shopping experience to its customers. Ruhens has launched Singapore’s first studio retail experience where customers can shop cozily while they easily visualize the products at various settings in their homes. On top of that, as the Ruhens Studio was launched during the pandemic season, Ruhens took into consideration and incorporated safe distancing measures into this space, making it comfortable and safe for its customers to shop at any point in time.
A Studio Retail Experience, Like Never Before
Inspired by customers’ requests for visualization of the products in different settings of a home, the Ruhens Studio was designed to replicate the actual setups in different home types as well as different parts of the home. The five different settings include the kitchen, bedroom, living room with a bar top counter, as well as a vanity room. These are common areas that customers will consider installing their water purifiers at. More than just seeing and experiencing the physical product features, customers can check out the piping and electrical connections as if the products were installed in their homes.
The Ruhens Studio also has a play area, catered for kids to enjoy their time at the space while their parents shop in peace.
The Largest Display of its SKUs, Ever
Albeit known for its water purifiers, Ruhens is also seeing increasing demands for other SKUs that it carries, including their air purifiers, shower head with scented filters, tap filters, washing machine cleaners and more. These different products are also displayed in Ruhens Studio, whereby customers are able to experience them in actual home replication as well.
The Ruhens shower head with scented filters is now demonstrated with a shower faucet, so that customers can smell the scent and feel its water pressure before making their purchase.
Shop with a Peace of Mind during the Pandemic Season
The 1,700sqft studio is designed with consideration of the safe distancing measures, to allow for up to 5 concurrent demonstrations, more than double of their previous showroom with limited space to house only 2 customer groups.
The new Ruhens Studio also encompasses a special corner where virtual sales could be done, such as on Facebook Live. During the circuit breaker when retail spaces had to shut, Ruhens attempted various digital platforms to continue engaging its customers. Seeing the opportunity of growing its business in this area, Ruhens has specially catered this space for its future business growth online.
