Google’s latest smartphones, Pixel 3 And Pixel 3 XL will be coming to Singapore soon!
From 1 November 2018, you can purchase the phones through Singtel, StarHub and the Google Store.
In characteristic Google humour, they’re available in three colours: Just Black, Clearly White and Not Pink.
In the competitive smartphone market, we look at the highlights of the phone that makes it stand out.
Perfect Photos

Google utilises its expertise in artificial intelligence to create a photo experience that aims to deliver every single time.
A feature called Top Shot allows users to take multiple shots in a time frame and recommends the best one.
It looks for those where everyone is smiling and facing the camera.
Say bye to flyaway hair and awkward grimaces.
No more selfie sticks!
Two front-facing lenses, one of which is a wide-angle lens, allows users to capture more people in group selfies.
It gives up to 184 per cent more room in your photos for friends and scenery.
Look… No Hands!
Photobooth also uses AI to recognise that when you’re smiling or making a funny expression, you’re ready for a selfie. It snaps the photo on its own, so you don’t even have to reach for the shutter button.
Create & Play
In the Playground, you can also add animated stickers, superheroes and fun captions to your photos.
The characters also react to each other and your actions.
Google Lens
It can translate, find clothing online or enter your business contacts.
It’s Google Lens!!
Built into the Pixel 3 Camera, Google Lens can gather and give you more information about virtually anything you can point it at.
When you point your camera at plants and animals to identify them, or at a URL or business card.
Google Lens will suggest the next step to take, like creating a new contact.
Just long press in the camera to open Google Lens.
The price of Pixel 3 starts at S$1249, and Pixel 3 XL starts at S$1399.
The Pixel Stand is priced at S$119.
