After knocking Apple off the second spot of the global market share in the second quarter this year, Huawei came knocking once again, and this time, it is to give out complimentary HUAWEI Power Banks to the consumers who have been queuing for the new iPhones for more than 18 hours and going.
Each person receiving the 10,000 mAh power bank that’s worth S$98 also got a cheeky yet thoughtful note from Huawei saying:
“Here’s a power bank. You’ll need it. Courtesy of Huawei.”
Though it could be seen as a marketing stunt by Huawei, these power banks could come in handy as the consumers continue to brave the weather through the night for the iPhones.
