ASTRO BOT: Rescue Mission out on 2nd October

ASTRO BOT, the cute little robot or robots that live in your PlayStation 4 dual-shock controller, has a virtual reality (VR) game of its own and it will be out on 2nd October this year.

Titled, ASTRO BOT: Rescue Mission, the game is about Captain ASTRO in his quest to rescue his spaceship’s lost crew-bots. As it explores the lands, it will encounter enemies to fight, secrets to unlock, crew-bots to save and big bosses to battle.

With the aid of the VR Headset, you will immerse into the world where ASTRO BOT is in and have a full 360-degree view of the whole environment, and the 3D audio.

ASTRO BOT: Rescue Mission will be selling at a suggested retail price of S$54.90 for the Blu-ray version and S$50.90 for the digital download version.

Bundled with the launch, Sony Interactive Entertainment has included an initial premium bonus of 12 avatars for the Blu-ray disc version (while stocks last) and the digital download version, for purchases between the pre-order period and 16 October.

The pre-order for the ASTRO BOT: Rescue Mission will start from 27 July on the PlayStation Store. Additional premium digital content such as three pre-order exclusive avatars, the dynamic theme and digital soundtrack, will also be added for the digital download version.
