LogicMonitor introduced Hybrid Units and platform packages in September 2025, giving customers a single way to measure monitoring usage across their full IT estate. Since then, the company says it has sold more than 826,000 Hybrid Units, with more than 90% of new customers this year choosing platform pricing over the alternative.
Under the update, Edwin AI’s event intelligence, automation, AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) access now draw from a single AI Credit allowance, while LogicMonitor Digital Experience, including Synthetics and Internet Sonar, comes standard with points and storage that scale by tier:
- LM Essentials: 20 AI Credits and 100 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 120 days of Synthetics storage.
- LM Advanced: 75 AI Credits and 250 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 13 months of Synthetics storage.
- LM Signature: 150 AI Credits and 500 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with three years of Synthetics storage.
