CrowdStrike used its Fal.Con Europe 2026 conference to lay out a broad AI security push, announcing two acquisitions, a new “AI Kill Switch” feature, a partnership with Anthropic, and separate collaborations with EY, AWS and Lovable.
Key Takeaways
- CrowdStrike is acquiring Fiddler AI and Dreadnode to expand its AI security capabilities.
- An AI Kill Switch within Falcon Guardian is available today, giving security teams a way to shut down misbehaving AI agents.
- Falcon Guardian AIDR will be integrated natively into Anthropic’s Claude Cowork under a new partnership between the two companies.
CrowdStrike acquires Fiddler AI and Dreadnode
CrowdStrike announced it is acquiring Fiddler AI and Dreadnode, two companies working in AI monitoring and AI security testing respectively. The deals add to CrowdStrike’s push into securing AI systems and AI agents, an area the company has been building out under its Falcon Guardian product line.
CEO George Kurtz addressed the acquisitions in his keynote, framing them as part of a wider effort to extend Falcon’s reach into how organisations build, deploy and monitor AI agents.
Falcon Guardian adds an AI Kill Switch
Alongside the acquisitions, CrowdStrike introduced an AI Kill Switch within Falcon Guardian, available today. The feature is designed to let security teams cut off an AI agent’s access or activity when it is found to be behaving in an unsafe or unauthorised way. It was announced alongside a broader set of new Falcon Guardian AI agent security innovations covering how enterprises monitor and control autonomous AI systems.
Bartley Richardson, CrowdStrike’s Chief AI and Autonomous Systems Officer, also spoke at Fal.Con Europe on the company’s approach to securing AI agents as they take on more autonomous tasks inside enterprises.
Anthropic partnership brings Falcon Guardian AIDR into Claude Cowork
Anthropic and CrowdStrike announced a partnership under which Falcon Guardian AIDR (AI Detection and Response) will be integrated natively into Claude Cowork. The integration is intended to give organisations using Claude Cowork built-in detection and response coverage for AI agent activity, rather than requiring a separate security layer bolted on afterwards.
EY builds AI and cyber resilience business on Falcon
EY is building its AI and cyber resilience business on the Falcon platform across more than 20 member firms, backed by a Falcon Flex commitment. The arrangement gives EY’s member firms a shared foundation for AI and cyber resilience services built on CrowdStrike’s platform.
AWS and Lovable round out the ecosystem announcements
CrowdStrike also announced a collaboration with AWS covering Bedrock AgentCore Guardrails and the Falcon sensor for ECS Managed Instances, extending Falcon’s coverage into AWS’s AI agent and container infrastructure.
Separately, CrowdStrike announced an integration with Lovable involving Falcon Shield, adding another AI-native platform to the list of tools covered by CrowdStrike’s security stack.
Taken together, the announcements at Fal.Con Europe 2026 point to CrowdStrike positioning Falcon as a security layer that spans AI agent development, deployment and monitoring, rather than treating AI security as a standalone product category.
