Toku has deployed its contact centre platform for Glovo’s customer service operations across 21 markets in Europe, Central Asia and Africa, completing the rollout in seven weeks.

Toku, the Singapore-headquartered customer experience platform, began the deployment on 15 August 2026 and went live on 2 October 2026 — what the company says is its fastest deployment of this scale. Glovo’s operations stayed live throughout the migration, which rolled out in four waves over four days with a rehearsed rollback path that was never needed. Each of the 21 markets has its own telecom operator, numbering and routing requirements, effectively making each one a separate deployment; together they covered 70 call flows.

The deployment is covered by a new order, separate from the sales operations agreement the two companies announced in February 2026 and from an earlier phase that brought Toku to Glovo’s sales teams across Spain, Italy, Romania and Portugal in June.

“Our team and Glovo’s worked as one across three continents to make that happen in about seven weeks. It shows what Toku Contact Centre and our delivery team can do at this scale,” said Thomas Laboulle, Founder and CEO of Toku.

Toku, listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange since January 2026, builds its customer experience platform on its own carrier-grade connectivity and AI tools including transcription, summarisation and sentiment analysis. The company says it also serves PedidosYa in Latin America and a growing customer base in the Middle East.
