monday.com has launched Harmony, a voice AI platform built for enterprise sales teams, as Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) rolls out a toolkit to help businesses test whether AI agents act as intended and stay within set limits.
Harmony uses a set of proprietary, task-specific language models, each dedicated to a single function such as qualifying leads, capturing data or handling objections, rather than one general-purpose model. monday.com said this lets Harmony respond in about 200 milliseconds from audio-in to audio-out, a speed the company says is indistinguishable from a human caller, while running mostly on its own infrastructure to keep costs below general-purpose AI at call-centre volumes.
Agents hand off to human reps with a full briefing
Harmony’s agents handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to objection handling and warm transfers to live sales reps, complete with a briefing and automatic write-back to a company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. The platform, built on Twilio‘s infrastructure, also includes call-centre features such as unlimited phone numbers with branded caller ID, predictive dialling and built-in consent and compliance controls.
Harmony is now available for mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore, and integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive.
“We are tackling the more complex, higher-stakes calls where every wrong answer costs money and every missed opportunity risks a potential deal,” said Vitali Margolin, head of Harmony. “Unlike generic solutions that rely on third-party LLMs, our specialised models and structured logic translate into conversations that sound human and a response time that feels human.”
Early customer reports 9 per cent rise in deals closed
UK car finance broker Bright Car Finance, which the company said approves around 2,500 applications a month but was converting only about 5 per cent of them into agreements because leads went cold before a rep could call back, said Harmony now follows up with every approved applicant immediately.
“Harmony’s AI agent now follows up with every approved applicant right away. It qualifies about half of the conversations it has and hands 80% of those live to our advisers, driving a 9% increase in deals closed in less than a year,” said Richard Stubbs, director of Bright Car Finance.
The launch comes as Singapore sharpens its focus on AI agent safety. IMDA’s toolkit, launched last week, is designed to help businesses verify that autonomous agents, including customer-facing voice agents, operate within the boundaries set for them before handing more of a sales conversation to automation.
