Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and F5 have launched the Indosat Intelligence Suite, an enterprise AI platform that gives businesses access to more than 300 open and closed AI models through one interface. The companies announced the partnership in Singapore on 9 October 2026, and the platform is available now.
The pitch is aimed at companies that have moved past AI pilots and now have to manage cost, security and governance across several models. The release cites a 2026 study by McKinsey, the Singapore Economic Development Board and Tech in Asia, which found 81% of companies across six Southeast Asian markets had moved beyond experimentation into piloting or scaling AI.
One interface for more than 300 AI models
The catalogue covers local models such as Sahabat-AI, models hosted by Indosat and connected global models. Built-in routing sends each request to a model based on cost, quality and latency. Tokens are converted into credits that companies can allocate across models, applications and teams, so spending shows up in one place.
The platform offers three plans: Pay as You Go, Unified Enterprise Credit and Dedicated Capacity. Indosat is targeting 50 businesses and organisations at launch, with promotional early-access pricing running through the year.
F5 handles AI security and data residency
F5 supplies the infrastructure and security layer. Its BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes handles tenant isolation and container security, and GPU-aware load balancing is meant to cut latency, including time to first token, and raise token throughput. F5’s AI security tools are included to guard against the OWASP Top 10 threats for large language models and against data leakage.
For customers with data residency requirements, Sahabat-AI and Indosat-hosted tiers can process workloads in-market. Company policies decide which workloads, if any, may be routed to global models, and requests are logged in an auditable ledger.
Vikram Sinha, President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said companies need “a trusted way to put intelligence into production,” not only access to models. Chad Whalen, F5’s Chief Revenue Officer, said enterprises are “hitting a wall trying to move AI from pilot to production” as they balance innovation against sovereignty, governance and cost predictability.
The Indosat Intelligence Suite is available at intelligencesuite-ai.ioh.co.id, where businesses can view the model catalogue, pricing and documentation and request access.
