OneTrust has appointed Stephanie Glenn as its new Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with sharpening the AI governance platform’s go-to-market execution as it scales.
Glenn joins after more than two decades in enterprise software, most recently as Executive Vice President of AMER Digital Sales at Salesforce, where she oversaw the $2 billion ARR Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud businesses across North America. She spent 14 years at Salesforce in senior leadership roles, including running the company’s 3,500-person New York office and helping expand its SMB business into new markets.
Before Salesforce, Glenn held leadership roles at IBM. She later served as Chief Commercial Officer at Maven Clinic, where she unified go-to-market teams across sales, marketing and client success.
Strengthening commercial execution
OneTrust CEO John Heyman said Glenn’s track record of scaling enterprise software businesses made her the right fit to lead the company’s next phase of commercial growth.
“Stephanie is a proven go-to-market leader with deep experience scaling enterprise software businesses and building high-performing teams,” Heyman said.
Glenn said she was drawn to OneTrust’s position as what she called the trusted governance layer organisations need to turn AI into business value.
“OneTrust is exactly that kind of company, with deep customer relationships, a differentiated platform, and a clear opportunity,” Glenn said.
Glenn also sits on the board of Project Sunshine and serves on the Tech MBA Advisory Board at NYU Stern School of Business.
