Cohesity has expanded its Aspire Global Partner Program with new specialisations, simplified enablement requirements and enhanced incentives, aimed at helping partners build deeper services-led and recurring-revenue businesses around data security.
The updated programme took effect on 1 August alongside Cohesity’s new fiscal year. It introduces a Professional Services Specialisation, extends rebates to teamed deals, increases rewards for data security and data insights solutions, and adds a single dashboard giving partners visibility into training, certifications and billing requirements.
ASEAN partners pushed towards advisory work
Cohesity said the changes reflect growing demand across ASEAN for partners to offer deeper advisory and managed services capabilities, as organisations strengthen cyber resilience and navigate tightening regulatory requirements.
“Across the ASEAN region, customers are increasingly asking partners to go beyond implementation and help them design and operate end to end cyber resilience programs that meet strict regulatory expectations. The new Aspire specializations and simplified enablement are designed to help our partners build that deeper advisory and managed services capability, so they can support customers across the full lifecycle of their data security journeys,” said Lim Hsin Yin, Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN, Cohesity.
Simpler qualification, bigger rebates
Sales rep SPIF requirements no longer require training completion as a prerequisite, and growth performance rebates are moving to simpler, annualised tools with predictable payout levels. Renewal incumbency rules now give partners a consistent price advantage when renewing customers on time.
- New Professional Services Specialisation, with cyber resilience and technical support specialisations planned later in the programme year
- Opportunity rebates now extend to teamed as well as partner-sourced deals
- Reduced training and certification requirements in selected regions and tiers
Singapore systems integrator NCS is among the partners cited in the announcement. “Through our partnership with Cohesity’s Aspire program, we deliver resilience solutions that meet Singapore’s rigorous regulatory standards, while scaling our customers’ growth across Southeast Asia,” said Lim Keong, Chief Technologist, NCS.
