M1, a subsidiary of Keppel Ltd. and Singapore’s first digital network operator, has enhanced its Bespoke Flexi mobile plans to include built-in device protection, expanded data tiers and flat-rate international roaming, starting from S$46.95 per month.
The headline addition is FoneCare+ Pro, a device protection service now bundled at no additional monthly charge into Bespoke Flexi 800GB, 1TB and 10TB plans. The coverage includes one-for-one device swap with no questions asked, damaged or lost phone replacement, battery swap, device refresh services, unlimited tech support and two-hour doorstep delivery.
Roaming and Data Upgrades
Subscribers also gain access to M1’s Worldwide Daily Passport roaming service at S$0.99 per day for 3GB of data across 78 destinations — a flat rate the operator says eliminates bill shock for frequent travellers. The revamped plan tiers offer 800GB, 1TB and 10TB data bundles, with device instalment options running from 12 to 36 months and handset pricing starting at S$0 upfront.
M1 describes the enhancements as giving customers a single plan covering device protection, data and roaming without requiring separate add-ons. The updated Bespoke Flexi plans are available immediately through M1’s online shop and retail channels.
The telco holds one of Singapore’s two nationwide 5G standalone network licences and serves over two million customers. The Bespoke Flexi revamp follows a broader trend among Singapore operators to differentiate through bundled value-added services rather than on price or coverage alone, as the consumer mobile market matures.
