Autonomous logistics company Neolix has signed a strategic partnership with Singapore-based QuikBot Technologies to build an end-to-end autonomous delivery solution spanning public roads, building interiors, and individual doorsteps — with Singapore as the first deployment market.
The collaboration integrates Neolix’s L4 autonomous vehicle capabilities and fleet operating experience with QuikBot’s Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery Platform-as-a-Service (AFMD PaaS) and its Ambient Permission Plane, an infrastructure layer that governs how autonomous systems interact with smart buildings, lifts, and access controls.
Closing the Last-Metre Gap
The partnership addresses a longstanding gap in autonomous delivery: while road-based autonomous vehicles have matured, the handoff from vehicle to building — and ultimately to individual doors — has remained dependent on human couriers. QuikBot’s technology is designed to enable autonomous systems to communicate with building infrastructure, navigate indoor environments, and complete delivery handoffs without human intervention.
QuikBot has previously worked with FedEx in commercial buildings in Singapore, giving both companies direct operational experience in the indoor delivery environments central to this partnership. Neolix has logged over 150 million autonomous kilometres across more than 300 cities in nearly 20 countries.
“Singapore is an important market in Neolix’s global deployment footprint. QuikBot has deep knowledge of Singapore’s building and final-mile delivery environment. This partnership will support our local pilot deployment and compliance preparation, and strengthen our end-to-end autonomous delivery offering for more global cities.” — Will Zhao, Executive President, Neolix
Singapore Pilot and Global Ambitions
The Singapore deployment will include a live Physical AI testbed at the Punggol Digital District by end of 2026, supported by a precinct-level regulatory exemption from the Land Transport Authority (LTA). A successful deployment is expected to create a replicable template for markets where both companies have a presence, including the UAE, Japan, and South Korea.
