Cohesity has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Resilience Competency, a designation that validates the company’s expertise in helping enterprises strengthen cyber recovery and protect critical workloads running on AWS — a recognition the AI-powered data security vendor is positioning as particularly relevant for organisations across ASEAN accelerating cloud modernisation.

Validated cyber resilience for cloud-native environments

The AWS Resilience Competency recognises partners that deliver validated solutions to improve the availability, security, and resilience of workloads on AWS. For Cohesity, the designation underscores its ability to unify data protection, cybersecurity, and recovery capabilities on a single AI-powered platform — enabling organisations to improve recovery time and recovery point objectives (RTO/RPO) for mission-critical workloads without adding operational complexity.

Cohesity also announced that its validated resilience solutions are now available through AWS Marketplace with multi-currency procurement support across regions — a capability designed to simplify how enterprises in markets such as ASEAN deploy and scale cyber resilience alongside existing AWS commitments.

The announcement comes as ransomware threats and operational disruptions continue to place pressure on enterprises running distributed and cloud-native architectures across the region.
