vivo has launched three new smartphones in Singapore under its Y Series lineup — the Y05, Y11 5G, and Y21 5G — with 5G models starting from S$199. The devices are positioned around battery endurance, durability certifications, and the latest OriginOS 6 operating system.

Battery and durability headline the specs

All three models ship with a 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery, up from the 5,500mAh capacity of the previous generation, with a five-year battery health guarantee. The Y21 5G additionally supports 44W FlashCharge for faster power recovery.

On durability, the Y Series carries IP64 and IP65 dust and water resistance ratings alongside SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance and Military-Grade Durability Certification. The lineup features a 6.745-inch Eyecare Display rated at up to 1,200 nits brightness.

5G from S$199, flagship features on the Y21

The entry-level Y05 is priced from S$139 for the 64GB variant and S$169 for 128GB. The Y11 5G starts at S$199, while the Y21 5G — which adds a 50MP main camera and 44W fast charging — is available at S$279. All models run OriginOS 6, which vivo says delivers a 36-month smooth experience through optimised system resource management.

The Y Series is now available at the new vivo Experience and Service Store at 313@somerset, as well as through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and authorised retailers including Challenger, Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, Gain City, NTUC FairPrice, and Popular.
