vivo has opened its first Experience & Service Store in Singapore at 313@somerset, combining smartphone retail and after-sales support in a single location.
The new vivo Experience & Service Store is located at B2-44 of the Orchard Road mall and allows customers to explore devices, receive product demonstrations and access technical support services at the same site. The company said the move aims to make it easier for customers to purchase and service their devices.
The store marks vivo Singapore’s first integrated retail and service concept in the market, bringing together product discovery and device diagnostics under one roof.
“We are excited to open our first Experience & Service Store in Singapore,” said Freddy Zeng. “Beyond showcasing our latest products, this allows us to reach and connect more closely with our customers. We look forward to welcoming everyone and offering a trusted space to discover and service vivo devices.”
Experience Store Showcases Latest Smartphones

At the new vivo Experience & Service Store, visitors can try the company’s latest smartphone lineup, including the X200 FE, X Fold5, V60, V60 Lite and the X300 Series.
According to the company, trained product specialists will provide live demonstrations and personalised recommendations to help customers better understand the devices’ features, including advancements in imaging technology, foldable design and smartphone performance.
The store also houses a dedicated service area where technicians offer device diagnostics, consultations and technical support for vivo users.
Retail hours run from 11:00am to 9:00pm daily, while after-sales service operates from 11:00am to 8:00pm.
Opening Promotions And Launch Activities
To mark the opening of the vivo Experience & Service Store, the company will run a series of limited-time promotions from 7 to 8 March.
All vivo smartphone users can receive complimentary screen protector installation at the store while stocks last. The company will also hold a flash sale offering selected devices at discounted prices.
Promotional offers include the Y19S smartphone priced at S$99 from its original S$179, the V50 Lite at S$299 from S$499, and vivo Buds Air 3 at S$9.90 from S$69.
Other discounted models include the V60 at S$649, the X Fold5 at S$1,799 and the X300 at S$1,099 during the promotional period. Customers purchasing any smartphone will also receive a 30th Anniversary canvas tote and an entry into a lucky draw.
Prizes include the X300 smartphone as the grand prize, along with accessories such as the vivo Watch GT, vivo Buds Air 3 and branded merchandise.
