DJI Launches NEX Serangoon, Hasselblad Flagship in Singapore

DJI has expanded its retail footprint in Singapore with the opening of two new experience stores, strengthening its physical presence in the city-state and bringing its total number of local outlets to five.

The global drone and creative camera technology company said that it has launched DJI NEX Serangoon and DJI × Hasselblad The Heeren, as part of its strategy to make its products more accessible to consumers and creators across the island.

The new DJI × Hasselblad The Heeren store, located along Orchard Road, marks DJI Singapore’s first ground-floor retail experience. It is also the company’s largest store in Singapore to date and serves as a flagship collaboration with Swedish camera maker Hasselblad.

Flagship Orchard Road collaboration

DJI said the Orchard Road outlet brings together the strengths of both brands in a single premium space, offering access to DJI’s imaging technology alongside Hasselblad’s professional camera systems.

Customers can expect hands-on product demonstrations, dedicated showcase zones and in-store guidance aimed at professional creators as well as new users exploring imaging tools for the first time.

“Kicking off the year with the opening of two new stores marks a strong start for DJI in Singapore,” said Cathleen Yuan, Director of DJI Singapore.

She added that the DJI × Hasselblad The Heeren outlet represents a significant milestone as the company’s first ground-floor collaboration store in the country, following months of planning once the right location became available.

Heartland expansion at NEX Serangoon

The second new outlet, DJI NEX Serangoon, is located inside NEX mall, one of Singapore’s busiest heartland shopping centres.

The store carries DJI’s full range of drones, handheld cameras and accessories, targeting hobbyists, content creators and first-time users in the northeastern part of the island.

DJI said the Serangoon location is designed to extend its experiential retail concept beyond the city centre, offering more convenient access for customers outside the Orchard Road shopping belt.

Growing physical retail presence

With the two new openings, DJI now operates five retail stores in Singapore. Its existing outlets are located at VivoCity, Funan and Jewel Changi Airport.

The expansion comes as technology brands continue to invest in physical retail spaces that allow customers to experience products in person, even as e-commerce remains dominant.

DJI said its Singapore stores also serve as venues for product workshops, demonstrations and community activities, with updates to be shared via its local social media channels.

DJI said both new stores are now open daily, with DJI NEX Serangoon operating from 10.30am to 9.30pm, and DJI × Hasselblad The Heeren opening from 11am to 10pm.

The company added that it plans to roll out more in-store activities and promotions in the coming months, as it continues to grow its presence in Singapore’s consumer and professional imaging market.
