The Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 (SFF 2025) will run from 12 to 14 November, marking its 10th anniversary with a focus on a “technology blueprint” for the coming decade of finance. Organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) and Constellar, in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), the event aims to advance an open, connected and inclusive financial ecosystem.
This year’s Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 theme puts artificial intelligence (AI), tokenisation and quantum technologies at the centre of industry transformation, highlighting opportunities for sustainable growth and financial inclusion across emerging markets and the Global South.
The festival expects more than 800 speakers across over 400 sessions, including keynotes, panels and fireside chats. Topics span AI’s next frontier, globally coordinated tokenisation frameworks, settlement assets such as central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins and tokenised deposits, and building quantum-resilient systems. Financial inclusion efforts will also address access for the 1.4 billion unbanked.
SFF 2025 will feature more than 500 sponsors and exhibitors and over 40 international pavilions across six exhibition halls, with stage programmes, networking lounges and experiences designed to connect ideas and partners.
New initiatives and features
To mark its 10th year, SFF 2025 will introduce a dedicated anniversary gallery, a time capsule collecting predictions and artefacts for unveiling in 2035, a Next Gen Leaders Programme for emerging innovators, and a livestream of three premier stages—Festival, FutureMatters and Frontier—for global audiences. The festival will also see the release of the SME Sustainability Barometer 2025 by Gprnt (a MAS-launched digital platform of GFTN) in partnership with PwC, the Sustainability Alliance and the Singapore Business Federation, surveying 560 SMEs on going green and accessing sustainable finance.
Curtain-raiser events
Pre-conference programming includes the Insights Forum™ (10–11 November) at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, featuring public-private roundtables across eight themes, the second Layer 1 Summit on digital assets, tokenisation and AI infrastructure, and partner-led thematic spotlights. Running in parallel, the Innovation Lab Crawl (10–11 November) will showcase pilot projects and emerging technologies across 11 organisations.
Kenneth Gay, Chief FinTech Officer at MAS, said the festival offers a chance for the ecosystem “to share knowledge, forge partnerships, and redefine how financial services are delivered globally” as it looks to the next decade of growth and transformation.
Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 continues to position Singapore as a hub for policy-technology dialogue and cross-border collaboration, reflecting rising industry interest in trusted AI, interoperable digital infrastructure and resilient settlement assets. The emphasis on financial inclusion and SME sustainability aligns with regional priorities in Asia’s emerging markets.
SFF 2025 runs from 12 to 14 November at Singapore EXPO, with registration and programme details available via the official website. Curtain-raiser events take place on 10–11 November.
