vivo has launched the V60 Lite 5G in Singapore as part of its global rollout, positioning the device as an entertainment-focused smartphone that blends performance, imaging, and durability.

The new model is priced at S$499 and can be purchased through online retailers such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, as well as authorised stores including Challenger, Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, and Harvey Norman.

Premium Design and Display

The vivo V60 Lite 5G features a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with HDR10+, Netflix HDR, and Amazon Prime Video HDR certification. It offers a 94.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio and is available in Pop Pink and Elegant Black.

Weighing just over 7.5mm thick, the phone is built for comfort and extended handheld use. Its transparent camera module and slim, flat design lend a premium look to the mid-range device.

Performance for Entertainment

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, built on a 4nm process, the V60 Lite 5G promises up to 60 per cent better performance over its predecessor, the V50 Lite 5G. It is equipped with 12GB of RAM (expandable by another 12GB through software) and 512GB of internal storage.

vivo claims the handset offers a “5-year smooth experience”, with optimised software and hardware designed to maintain stable performance over time. The phone also features dual stereo speakers with 400 per cent volume output, and AI SuperLink to maintain connectivity in weak signal areas.

Gamers benefit from Ultra Game Mode, including Game Boost and Esports Mode, which enhance performance and reduce accidental touches during gameplay.

Advanced Imaging Capabilities

The V60 Lite 5G’s triple rear camera system includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 32MP front camera for selfies.

AI-powered tools such as AI Erase 3.0 and AI Reflection Erase allow users to remove unwanted objects or reflections from photos. The AI Four-Season Portrait feature automatically adjusts colour tones to match seasonal lighting conditions.

Battery Life and Durability

A 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery powers the device, supporting 90W FlashCharge that brings the phone from 1 to 100 per cent in just 52 minutes. vivo says a 10-minute charge provides up to 6.6 hours of video playback.

The phone is rated for 5-year battery health and has military-grade drop resistance with SGS Five-Star certification. Features such as Wet-Hand Touch, Water Ejection, and Dust Ejection improve real-world usability, even in humid or rainy conditions.

Smart Features and Availability

The V60 Lite 5G comes with several AI productivity tools powered by Google Gemini, including AI Note Assist, AI Captions, and AI Transcript Assist.

In Singapore, customers who purchase the phone will receive a free pair of V Selection Buds worth S$49.
