OPPO has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the A6 Pro 5G, in Singapore, featuring a 6,500mAh battery, advanced durability ratings and long-term system optimisation.

The handset will be available from Oct 1, 2025 at S$399 in Stellar Blue and Coral Pink. Customers who purchase at launch will receive a complimentary Bluetooth headset while stocks last.

Built for Singapore Conditions

The OPPO A6 Pro 5G is designed for reliability in everyday use, with an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance and military-grade shock resistance. The device uses reinforced aluminium alloy and “Sponge Bionic Cushioning” to protect key components against drops, scratches and even vehicle pressure.

It also comes with OPPO’s Battery Healing Technology, which helps extend battery lifespan by maintaining up to 80 per cent of capacity after 1,830 charging cycles – equivalent to more than five years of daily use.

The 6,500mAh battery provides up to 40.6 hours of talk time or 20.6 hours of video playback, and supports 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge. OPPO says a full charge takes 60 minutes, while a five-minute top-up gives 11 per cent capacity.

Designed for Long-Term Use

Inside, the phone runs on ColorOS 15, featuring the new Luminous Rendering Engine for smoother graphics and the Trinity Engine for power efficiency. Memory optimisation tools are included to prevent slowdowns from fragmentation.

OPPO says the A6 Pro 5G has passed its 60-month fluency test, with performance maintained in app startup, boot times and multimedia use after five years.

Pricing and Availability

The OPPO A6 Pro 5G (256GB) will retail at S$399 from Oct 1 at OPPO Concept Stores, the OPPO Official Online Store, and e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, iShopChangi and KrisShop.

The phone will also be available through local telcos M1, Singtel and StarHub in October.
