Samsung Electronics Singapore has launched Galaxy Flexival, a new digital hub designed to give consumers a fresh way to explore its Galaxy ecosystem through interactive content, livestreams and collaborations.
The Galaxy Flexival site showcases curated content to help users discover how Samsung’s Galaxy devices can enhance everyday life. It also complements the brand’s in-store “Flex @ Vivocity” space, which provides hands-on experiences.
“Many consumers today are relying on both offline and online experiences to seek recommendations when it comes to their purchasing decisions,” said Lynn Chong, Head of Marketing at Samsung Electronics Singapore. “Galaxy Flexival brings another dimension to our product storytelling and demonstrates how our innovative products can impact lifestyles.”
Interactive Content and Influencer Reviews

The digital hub offers activities such as the “Find Your Flex” quiz, which suggests ways the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 can support users’ hidden talents. For example, plant enthusiasts can access live Q&A sessions through Gemini Live on the Galaxy Z Fold7.
Samsung has also partnered with digital creators including Norbin Ngoh (@stylobin), Xixi Lim (@xixilimofficial) and actor Raynold Tan (@raynold.tyr). Branded as “Unexpected Reviewers”, the trio feature in a micro-series produced with Cheil Singapore, sharing personal takes on how Galaxy devices support their creative pursuits.
Visitors can also catch “Unexpected Livestreams”, where Samsung’s TeamGalaxy influencers showcase Galaxy features from unconventional locations. Archived highlights, including tutorials and product tips, are available on the site.
Expanding Galaxy Experiences
Beyond smartphones, Galaxy Flexival highlights integration with the Galaxy Watch8 and other devices. Samsung points to functions such as Circle to Search on the Galaxy Z Fold7, which can be used for quick problem-solving in gaming scenarios.
The site also includes original content such as actor Raynold Tan’s “colour breathing” exercise, Xixi Lim’s songwriting sessions and Norbin Ngoh’s fashion photography tips, demonstrating how devices can be applied across different hobbies.
Beauty Collaboration and Consumer Campaign
As part of its “Unexpected Side” campaign, Samsung has partnered with Korean beauty brand JUNGSAEMMOOL to encourage consumers to share stories about their “Seoulmates” — individuals who have stood by them through thick and thin.
Three pairs of winners will receive a makeover experience at JUNGSAEMMOOL’s flagship store, with the day documented using the Galaxy Z Fold7. Details will be announced on Samsung Singapore’s social media channels.
What’s Next
Galaxy Flexival is now live at samsung.com/sg/event/flex-the-unexpected. Samsung said it plans to expand content offerings, with more livestreams and influencer-led segments expected in the coming months.
