Samsung Electronics has unveiled its latest flagship lineup – the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 – promising to redefine smartphone experiences with powerful AI integration, advanced sustainability, and unparalleled performance. Officially launched on Tuesday, 23 January 2025, the Galaxy S25 Series positions itself as the ultimate AI companion, offering natural, context-aware interactions and robust personalisation.

AI-Powered for a Smarter Tomorrow

At the heart of the Galaxy S25 Series is the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy, a custom chipset delivering a 40% boost in AI processing and 37% more CPU performance over its predecessor. This power fuels new capabilities like multimodal AI agents, enabling natural interactions through text, speech, images, and video.

Key AI features include:

• Circle to Search, allowing users to quickly take action on phone numbers, emails, or URLs visible on their screen.
• Call Transcript and Writing Assist, which transcribe calls and summarise content without switching apps.
• Drawing Assist, helping users create sketches from image prompts.

Samsung’s commitment to sustainability shines with the Galaxy S25 Series. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is built with Corning® Gorilla® Armor 2, a revolutionary scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass ceramic that combines durability with a sleek design. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25+ and S25 incorporate recycled aluminium and cobalt-sourced batteries from retired devices, further minimising environmental impact.

Every model promises seven years of OS upgrades and security updates, ensuring a longer device lifecycle, while Samsung Care+ offers comprehensive coverage for repairs and replacements.

Upgraded Camera & Creativity Tools

The Galaxy S25 Ultra debuts a 50MP ultrawide sensor, upgraded from 12MP, for stunning clarity and colour accuracy. Videographers will appreciate default 10-bit HDR recording and improved low-light video capture. Advanced tools like Audio Eraser and Virtual Aperture bring professional-level editing capabilities directly to users.

With ProScaler technology, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also offers a 40% improvement in display image scaling, perfect for streaming and gaming enthusiasts.

To celebrate the launch, Samsung is hosting Galaxy AI Town at New Bahru, Singapore’s lifestyle destination, where fans can experience the new devices hands-on. The Galaxy S25 Series is available for pre-order starting 23 January 2025.

• Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at $1,828 (12GB + 256GB), $2,008 (12GB + 512GB), and $2,368 (12GB + 1TB). Colours include Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, and Titanium Whitesilver. Online exclusives: Titanium Jetblack, Titanium Jadegreen, and Titanium Pinkgold.
• Galaxy S25+ is priced at $1,478 (12GB + 256GB) and $1,658 (12GB + 512GB). Available in Navy, Icyblue, Silver Shadow, and Mint, with online exclusives in Blueblack, Coralred, and Pinkgold.
• Galaxy S25 starts at $1,288 (12GB + 256GB) and $1,468 (12GB + 512GB). Colours include Navy, Icyblue, Silver Shadow, and Mint. Online exclusive options: Blueblack, Coralred, and Pinkgold.

Online Exclusive Colours are available only through the Samsung Online Store.

Consumers who have successfully pre-ordered their Galaxy S25 Series from any of the above stores will be able to collect or receive their devices from 5 February 2025.
