Health Hub, Singapore’s first AI-powered wellness companion, is now open to the public, marking a significant step in making health and fitness support more accessible outside traditional business hours. Developed by holistic wellness advocates Nano Singapore, Health Hub uses machine learning and natural language processing to provide personalized diet plans, workout routines, and mental health counselling at any time, catering to a growing demand for around-the-clock health management.
With approximately 65% of health-related activities at home now occurring outside regular business hours, Health Hub aims to address the increasing need for flexible and accessible wellness support. The platform’s AI-driven capabilities translate user inputs into tailored health recommendations, making it a valuable alternative when human coaching or traditional fitness services are unavailable.
“Our goal is not to replace human coaches but to supplement them — as an intelligent companion that provides customised wellness advice anytime, anywhere,” said Terrence Ho, Project Manager of Health Hub. “An especially valuable helping hand when in-person resources are not immediately available.”
Beyond Physical Fitness: Mental Health Support and Expert-Reviewed Advice
The platform extends its support to mental well-being, offering live-time mental health counselling chats designed to guide users through stress management techniques, such as deep breathing exercises and cognitive-behavioural adjustments. Reviewed by registered nutritionists and health experts, Health Hub ensures the reliability of its recommendations, bridging the gap between professional advice and user convenience.
Health Hub also hosts a comprehensive library of over 800 free video resources covering various wellness topics, from physical workouts to mental health strategies, all aimed at enhancing users’ daily health routines.
A Growing Digital Health Network
Health Hub is set to expand its reach by curating content from top partner sites, further enriching its repository of health resources. As a free-to-use platform, it promises not only to be a tool for individuals seeking consistent health support but also a resource for medical professionals looking to guide patients in between clinical visits.
Dr. John Lee, Medical Advisor to Singapore Ecommerce Centre, noted, “Platforms like Health Hub have the potential to grow into a vital support system not just for its clients but for medical professionals, as it makes short-term care measures more accessible.”
