HR Path Raises €500 Million to Fuel Global Expansion: What It Means for Asia Pacific

HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting, has announced a record-breaking €500 million fundraising from Ardian, a world-leading private investment house. This historic fundraising marks the largest in the company’s history and will significantly drive HR Path’s growth and international expansion in key regions, including Asia, the United States, Canada, Germany, the Nordic countries, and Australia.

HR Path offers a unique model to tackle the challenges of recruitment, talent development, retention, and human resources management. The company’s comprehensive and customized approach positions it as a “one-stop shop for HR,” addressing a wide range of HR issues faced by companies globally.

Through its three business lines – Advise, Implement & Run – HR Path provides consultancy services, HR systems implementation, and payroll outsourcing. This enables companies of all sizes and sectors to transform and optimize their HR functions effectively.

Accelerating Growth in Asia Pacific

HR Path’s strategic position has established it as one of the world’s leading HR consultancies. In Asia Pacific, the group operates in five branch offices (Australia, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam), employs over 50 people, and serves more than 70 companies, including DFS, NTUC First Campus, Sacombank, Panasonic Sales Vietnam, Chandra Asri, Petrosea, and XL Axiata. The region boasts a turnover of more than €5 million, with a CAGR of 10% since 2021.

The new €500 million funding round from Ardian will accelerate HR Path’s growth in Asia Pacific. “Securing this €500 million financing from Ardian is a transformative step for HR Path. This operation will enable us to strengthen our local position and develop new service offerings to meet the needs of our clients,” said Teck Seng Lee, Managing Director for Asia Pacific at HR Path.

Future Plans and Expansion

HR Path plans to use the new funds to continue and accelerate its external growth strategy in Asia Pacific, which began in 2021 with the integration of Daya Dimensi Global Pte Ltd (DDG), a regional company specialized in SuccessFactors since 2012. The group is exploring several avenues for partnerships and collaborations to expand its geographical presence and service offerings.
