ESET Unveils Ultimate Home Security Solution with New VPN Feature

ESET, a global leader in digital security, has announced the launch of its most advanced subscription tier yet – ESET HOME Security Ultimate. This latest addition to the ESET HOME Security lineup introduces cutting-edge features tailored for home users, including advanced VPN capabilities and enhanced browser privacy and security.

ESET HOME Security offers a tiered subscription system to cater to different security needs. The tiers include ESET HOME Security Essential, ESET HOME Security Premium, and now, the top-tier ESET HOME Security Ultimate. Each tier is designed to provide robust protection across all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.

ESET HOME Security Essential delivers entry-level protection with endpoint security, real-time protection, Safe Banking, and Safe Browsing features, along with Network Inspector to safeguard sensitive data and ensure network security. It also includes browser extensions for enhanced privacy and a Browser Cleanup tool.

Stepping up to ESET HOME Security Premium adds a Password Manager, Secure Data encryption for files and media, and ESET LiveGuard for cloud-based defense against new threats, offering a comprehensive solution for data privacy and security.

The new ESET HOME Security Ultimate encompasses all these features and introduces a brand-new VPN feature. This VPN, combined with enhanced browser privacy and security, ensures that users’ online activities are protected. The Ultimate tier also includes Metadata Cleanup to remove metadata from uploaded pictures and Website Settings Review for managing website permissions.

“We are excited to introduce ESET HOME Security Ultimate, our most advanced AI-based cybersecurity solution for consumers to date. This product is designed to protect the modern household using artificial intelligence, human insight, and cloud technology. With the addition of our new VPN feature, we are deepening our commitment to offering comprehensive protection and significantly enhancing user privacy. This ensures safe and unrestricted digital experiences while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and online security,” said Parvinder Walia, ESET President for Asia Pacific and Japan.

The new VPN feature offers users a confidential internet experience by establishing a private network connection, ensuring protection on public Wi-Fi, and enforcing a strict no-logs policy to make tracking difficult. It encrypts users’ online activities and enables unlimited bandwidth access to geo-restricted content, including private access to websites in over 60 countries worldwide. This allows users to securely access their home countries’ TV shows and movies while traveling or enjoy streaming services from around the world.

ESET’s VPN service on desktop includes DNS leak protection, MAC spoofing, firewall, and split tunneling. By adding VPN on iOS, ESET strengthens its presence on this platform, where Password Manager and ESET HOME are already established.

ESET HOME Security Ultimate also includes the ESET HOME security management platform, offering complete security management and providing users with information about security status, devices, subscriptions, and used features. ESET HOME is accessible via a web portal and a mobile app, available for both iOS and Android, ensuring users can manage their device security anywhere they go.
