Confluent, Inc., a pioneer in data streaming, has introduced a new partner program, “Build with Confluent,” designed to expedite the development and market readiness of data streaming use cases. This initiative supports system integrators (SIs) by providing specialized software bundles, expert certification, and access to Confluent’s Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

Transforming Customer Experiences with Real-Time Data

Real-time data streaming is essential for enhancing customer experiences across various industries. However, SIs often face challenges due to limited resources and technical expertise. “We’re sharing tens of millions of hours of collective data streaming expertise with partners to help them deliver real-time use case offerings that transform customers’ businesses,” said Paul Mac Farland, SVP of Partner and Innovation Ecosystem at Confluent.

Early Access Success Stories

Several use cases have been developed through early access to the program, including a GenAI bot for airline customer support, AI-powered fraud detection, automated credit limit increases, and real-time telemetry analysis for freight optimization.

Thomas Lo, Co-founder of GoodLabs Studio, highlighted their collaboration with Confluent: “We launched the Haystack Vishing AI Penetration Test to help banks combat a new fraud threat powered by AI voice deepfakes. Our Build with Confluent offering leverages Confluent Cloud and Flink to test and evaluate the resilience of banks’ voice biometrics protection.”

Alex Piermatteo, Associate Partner at Data Reply, discussed their IoT solution: “Our comprehensive telemetry platform, developed through Build with Confluent, enables real-time monitoring for IoT devices with long-term data storage and analysis, surfacing game-changing insights for organizations in manufacturing and automotive industries.”

Innovative AI and GenAI Developments

Confluent also announced additional GenAI developments, including AI-powered help content summaries, reduced search times in Xero Central, and an AI-powered setup guide for new users. These advancements aim to provide accurate, real-time information and streamline onboarding processes.
