The Bellroy Desk Caddy is one of my favorite pouches. It is relatively compact, but it has enough space to accommodate your everyday carry essentials. Here is my full review of the Bellroy Desk Caddy.

Material

According to Bellroy, the Desk Caddy is made of durable and water-resistant recycled fabric. This means that it can repel regular sprays of water, but if intentionally or unintentionally submerged, water will inevitably seep in.

The fabric has a nice rough texture, providing it with an extra grip. It uses an OOK zipper instead of YKK, presumably for economic reasons. Regardless, the zipper feels no different. As for durability, only time will tell.

Size and compartments

The Bellroy Desk Caddy measures 24 cm in length, 15 cm in width, and 8 cm in height. This makes it shorter than a 30 cm in length and half its size in height. While the size sounds humble, you will be surprised by how many items can be kept in it.

It comprises:

• two bigger elastic loops/bands
• two smaller elastic loops/bands
• pen/stylus loop
• two inner compartments where one is a zip mesh pocket and the other a flap.
• A hidden pocket, presumably for smaller items like SD card, SIM card and ejector pin.

Here’s what I carry in it.

• Two power banks – a Moft Snap Battery Pack and a Xiaomi 10W Wireless Power Bank 10,000mAh.
• A TP-Link M7200 150Mbps Wifi 4G Router with 2000mAh Rechargeable Battery
• One USB-C to lightning cable
• Two USB-C cable
• One micro-USB cable
• A Parker ink pen because you can never have enough pens lying around.

Key Selling Point

One of the key features of the Bellroy Desk Caddy is its upright standing position on your desk, which is why it is called the “Desk Caddy.” Additionally, you have the option to fold down the flap or front panel to have a full view of the contents, a feature Bellroy refers to as “stadium seating organization.”

While this may not seem significant to some, it is definitely a plus for enthusiasts and individuals who value the aesthetics of their desk setup, including many YouTubers.

Definitely worth buying

I’m not trying to persuade you into getting another pouch, but having a pouch that helps organize your everyday essentials is incredibly useful, especially when you need them.

The Bellroy Desk Caddy is a great addition to include in your bag. Despite its small size, it can still hold essential items such as tech gadgets, lotions, and even medications for those last-minute needs.
