Zoom AI Companion introduces several real-time AI capabilities, including:
- Zoom Meetings: Users can quickly catch up on missed meetings through highlights, smart chapters, and automated summaries. They can discreetly submit questions for AI-generated answers during meetings. Real-time feedback and coaching on presentation skills are planned for spring 2024.
- Zoom Team Chat: Users can draft messages based on chat context and summarize lengthy chat threads using generative AI. Auto-complete chat sentences and meeting scheduling will be available by early 2024.
- Zoom Whiteboard: AI Companion assists with generating and categorizing ideas, with plans to generate images and populate whiteboard templates in spring 2024.
- Zoom Mail: Users will receive draft email suggestions in early fall, and by spring 2024, they can add meeting summaries to Zoom Notes and summarize SMS threads and calls with Zoom Phone.
