Huawei Consumer Business Group (BG) has unveiled its latest wearable duo, the HUAWEI WATCH Buds and HUAWEI FreeBuds 5, aimed at enhancing entertainment, fitness, and work experiences.

The HUAWEI WATCH Buds is an innovative smartwatch designed with a magnetic pop-up cover and earbuds that blur the boundaries between TWS earbuds and smartwatches.

With a 1.43-inch, 466 x 466 resolution AMOLED high-definition colour screen and a stainless-steel case, the device offers a new level of sophistication. The built-in earbuds are custom miniaturised precision devices with six sound drivers built into an extremely limited space.

The headphones are as light as a feather to carry and wear, weighing only about 4g. The watch cover can instantly pop up like a pocket watch with a simple push, making it an ideal 2-in-1 smartwatch and earbuds device. It also supports automatic blood oxygen saturation detection, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, and 80 sports modes.

The HUAWEI FreeBuds 5 is a set of earbuds with a streamlined design that maximizes comfort and aesthetic appeal. The droplet-shaped design ensures a larger contact area between the earbuds and the ears, which reduces strain and results in a breathable wearing experience.

Equipped with bass turbo technology that produces bass tones as low as 16 Hz and triple adaptive EQ, the earbuds deliver an exceptional audio experience. The HUAWEI FreeBuds 5 also supports tri-mic hybrid noise cancellation that is adaptive to ear shape and wearing status.

The HUAWEI WATCH Buds and HUAWEI FreeBuds 5 come with a host of features that make them a must-have for entertainment, fitness, and work enthusiasts. The HUAWEI WATCH Buds* (S$698) and FreeBuds 5 (S$198) will be available from 1 May 2023 at HUAWEI Experience Stores in 313@Somerset and Westgate, as well as Huawei Official Stores on Lazada and Shopee.
