Blossoms by the Park at Slim Barracks Rise, Singapore’s newest condominium development, is set to become a trendsetter by offering fully integrated green and smart kitchen solutions powered by City Energy’s piped town gas. The development features 750 smart gas appliances from the popular German-inspired brand, Küche. The smart hobs, cooker hoods, and built-in electric ovens feature a sleek design that incorporates IoT technology. Users can easily control the appliances remotely via an iAppliances smartphone app, which also enables them to pre-programme recipes and respond to safety alerts.

In addition to offering sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for new private home developments, City Energy’s CEO, Mr. Perry Ong, believes that these solutions will enhance the competitive advantage of property developers. Blossoms by the Park’s Managing Director, Mr. Lim Yew Soon, adds that the development’s smart and eco-friendly features are a great fit for their savvy home buyers.
As per a recent survey, 77% of Singaporeans prefer green buildings, and 58% are willing to pay extra for an environmentally sustainable home. Moreover, gas-powered appliances in Singapore are increasingly in demand, with an estimated 10,000 to 12,000 new private housing units expected to use piped town gas this year. Blossoms by the Park is also equipped with Go by City Energy, an electric vehicle (EV) charging solution that offers three charging points for EV drivers.
The condominium is conveniently located within walking distance of the Buona Vista MRT station, and is expected to open for the public from 14 April 2023.
