The selection for this year’s Award was chosen from 30 economies across six continents beyond traditional international tech hubs like Silicon Valley.

WIZ.AI’s humanistic conversational voice AI solutions Listens, Understands and Speaks like a local, communicating in local languages and accents, including English, Malay, Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese and Bahasa Indonesia, as well as Singlish and other informal forms like Taglish (an informal variant of Filipino English). Over 95% of callers are unable to tell the difference between a human agent and a Talkbot.
