ESET Research identifies top countries at risk due to Log4j vulnerabilities

One Identity Offers Free Security Risk Assessment to SolarWinds Customers and Free Safeguard for Proactive Privilege Defense

ESET, a global leader in cybersecurity, published a map of countries around the world where Log4j exploitation attempts have been made.

Roman Kováč, Chief Research Officer at ESET, said about the findings: “The volume of our detections confirms it’s a large-scale problem that won’t go away anytime soon. Certainly, attackers are testing many exploit variations, but not all exploitation attempts are necessarily malicious. Some may be benign considering that researchers, infosec companies, and penetration testers are also testing the exploits for defense purposes.”
