TPG has opened its third and flagship customer centre in Kaki Bukit a year after it launched its first commercial mobile plan in Singapore. With a floor area of 236 square metres, the Kaki Bukit customer centre is TPG’s largest official store.

TPG has expanded its island wide footprint, providing its customers with in-store and online services. With a total of three customer centres in Orchard, Canberra and now in Kaki Bukit, and an increasing number of dealer stores across the island, TPG aims to serve more of its increasing customer base who prefer to get TPG’s value-for-money plans in-store.

Whilst customers can now conveniently purchase TPG’s mobile plans through the TPG SG app, customers who may require or prefer face-to-face sales support can also visit the following stores:

  • Orchard (181 Orchard Road, #04-28, Orchard Central, Singapore 238896)
  • Canberra (133 Canberra View, #02-11, Canberra Plaza, Singapore 750133)
  • Kaki Bukit (1 Kaki Bukit View, Techview, #02-10, Singapore 415941)

Richard Tan, CEO of TPG Telecom Pte. Ltd. said: “Since we launched our first mobile plan in March last year, we have received more customer enquiries and interest for our value-for-money plans. While we have our TPG SG mobile app to facilitate online registration and door-step delivery for SIM cards, we believe in taking an omni-channel approach where customers can choose how they want to interact with us – online or offline. We’re happy to open our conveniently located flagship store in Kaki Bukit to provide more connectivity and convenience to our customers who prefer to shop for our plans in-store.”

The TPG Kaki Bukit customer centre is open from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on the weekends.

Besides the sale of all three of TPG’s existing mobile plans ($10 for 50GB SIM-only plan, $18 for 80GB SIM-only plan and $5 for 20GB seniors plan), the Kaki Bukit customer centre also provides timely customer service ideal for customers who prefer face-to-face sales support.

To commemorate the opening of TPG’s Kaki Bukit customer centre, the launch was kicked off with a Chinese New Year lion dance performance. Newly appointed TPG ambassador Wang Lei was also onsite to welcome the customers and launch eight “golden” mobile numbers.  Customers may reserve the remaining “golden” TPG mobile numbers by visiting
