StarHub adds seventh fully integrated streaming app to StarHub TV+ with new iQIYI partnership

Singapore, 29 October 2020 – StarHub today announced a new partnership with iQIYI, for customers to binge-watch 3,000 of the freshest, most popular Asian dramas and movies on their mobile phones or TVs through Singapore’s simplest all-in-one entertainment service, StarHub TV+. Boasting the largest Chinese content library in the world and the hottest original shows, China-based iQIYI is one of the largest video streaming providers in the world and the seventh Over-the-top (OTT) entertainment service to be added to StarHub’s growing stable of partners.

As a celebratory launch promotion, starting today, all new and existing StarHub TV+ customers who sign up for an iQIYI Standard VIP Membership will get to experience iQIYI’s exciting catalogue of Asian titles free-of-charge for two months (Usual Rate: $8.98 monthly). Separately, new and re-contracting Mobile Postpaid customers will enjoy a free two-month trial access for the iQIYI Standard VIP and iQIYI Premium VIP Membership.

This tie-up comes right after the launch of StarHub TV+, as StarHub continues to curate and grow its stable of OTT partners and TV channels to give customers a comprehensive library of content ranging from the latest and hottest dramas, variety shows, movies, infotainment as well as live sporting action. With the integration of StarHub TV+ channels and streaming apps such as iQIYI, customers can conveniently switch between their favourite streaming services, apps and TV shows, while controlling all their subscriptions on one convenient location.
