Working on a device during outdoor field work can be challenging with the inevitable screen glare. With the added rain and glove touch functionality, the 10-point capacitive touchscreen display can also be used with bare hands, gloved hands or the capacitive stylus pen for accurate annotation and signature collection even in rainy conditions.

To facilitate communication for mobile workers, the TOUGHBOOK A3 comes with a front camera and mic for video conferencing and a back camera with flash for document and image capture. With communication made easy, workers can have peace of mind to truly work from anywhere without needing to scramble for their next virtual meeting.

Catering to workers in the field for extended periods of time, the TOUGHBOOK A3 boasts a battery life of 9 hours[1] with standard batteries, and dual battery capabilities to provide it with an additional 15 hours of uptime through the optional large batteries.
