realme to hold a global online event marking its first 5G flagship smartphone launch – realme X50 Pro 5G

February 20th 2020, Singapore— realme, the fastest growing smartphone brand, announced that it will be hosting a new 5G product global online launch event themed, “Speed of the Future” in Madrid, Spain at 10:00 am on February 24th (5:00 pm SG Time). The event will see the unveiling of realme’s first 5G flagship smartphone, the realme X50 Pro 5G, live-streamed globally across 15 markets on YouTube, Facebook and realme.com.

The unveiling of the brand’s first 5G flagship, among the first in the world to be equipped with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G, is part of its commitment to allow its users to “Dare to Leap”.

The realme X50 Pro 5G comes on the heels of the “5G Youth Flagship” realme X50 5G, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, which was recently launched in China to excellent reviews, and is part of realme’s commitment to constantly delivering an improved experience for its users.

The recent Qualcomm Snapdragon Technology Summit, held at the end of 2019, saw realme announced as one of the first smartphone brands to receive the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G and Snapdragon 865 5G mobile platforms.

The announcement was a testament to the close relationship between realme, a young smartphone brand, and Qualcomm, a global leading chipmaker, which has enabled it to offer consumers the most advanced technologies and products possible.
