It was so popular in the late 90s that people were calling themselves, Cloud, the main character in the game, on IRC and even in schools. Needless to say, it was the talk of the town where everyone knows most of the characters in the game, with the girls going crazy over Cloud’s archenemy, Sephiroth. Not forgetting, the adorable Chocobu too.
